Timeframe for Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return if you have not received your item.

Changed your mind?

You also have 14 days from the date of purchase for exchanges or returns if you've simply changed your mind.

How to Return an Item:

All returns must be brought back to our store.
When returning an item, you can choose to pay for the return shipping upfront, or we can cover the shipping cost and deduct it from your refund amount.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. This can be used for any future purchases with us.
If you'd like to exchange an item, you can simply use your store credit to select something new from our store.

Refunds (Faulty or Damaged Products Only)

Refunds are only available for products that arrive faulty or defective.

  • This applies to the product itself, not to minor damage to packaging.
  • If you receive a faulty item, please start a return request immediately, and we will provide a full refund to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.

Returns & Dispute Resolution

We stand by our high-quality products and want you to trust our store. If you have any concerns, we ask for your patience and trust as we work to resolve them.

Please do not cancel your purchase through your bank. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank, we can't resolve your issue directly until that process is complete, which can take weeks or even months.

To ensure a swift resolution, please reach out to us first! We guarantee that we will refund you or find a suitable solution for any issues you may encounter.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If the courier confirms that your package has been delivered, Smelter for Sea Baby's.
We understand how frustrating it is when an order goes missing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been confirmed as delivered.

Processing Time For Returns & Refunds

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification.

Refunds for faulty products will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Store credit for change of mind or exchanges will be in the form of a gift card.
